A full class to alleviate tightness, aches and discomfort that peaks in vashistasana
Prolonged sitting and prolonged standing both lead to weak, tight and achy muscles throughout the blackbody. When we strengthen and stretches these regions, we may experience relief from common aches and limitations. Add a fun arm balance like vashistasana and you’ve got an instant mood booster! Start off with a full body vinyasa class, peak in the arm balance and cool down with yin postures.
